The shop we bought it from had a five week backlog of service work so we called Paul at Total to see if they could look at it for us.  Total took good care of our last mower before it was replaced about 4 years ago.  Today, they diagnosed the problem with our Masport 550 mover and had it starting again within few minutes.  Replaced the spark plug and cleaned the air filter all for a minimal charge.  Highly recommended.
